  Drive through takes a really long time. 10 minutes+ even if you are only behind one other person. I have had orders made completely wrong. A few weeks ago I got a sausage and egg bagel instead of a plain bagel and cream cheese. Coffee order was also completely wrong. Today they not only got the order wrong but the large coffee cup was fill about half way. The staff has always been friendly but that doesn't make up for the complete waste of time and money. Go to Starbucks. You will pay a couple bucks more for the same thing but it will be quick and correct.

  Recently fired the majority of their old staff and hired new employees, quality and speed of orders has gone up dramatically. Took one star away because with my new job I have been getting stuff from here around 8-10 pm at night and the lady that is usually there has a tendency to be rude and unwilling to answer questions instead just says things like it's somewhere on the menu sir, just look at the menu sir, ECT. But in its current state the store is vastly improved from two weeks ago. Can't condemn a store for one bad apple.

  When I went this time it was good. Lots of times there are foreigners that can't understand English on the drive-thru so it is irritating
