  We have been to Blistered Pig several times in the past and often bring out of town family here for the ribs. Tonight the ribs were rubbery. Our server was fantastic. He sent ribs back and brought new plates of ribs out. The ribs we are used to that fall off the bone were still rubbery and non-edible.
  The server was apologetic over and over, however the manager was present and walked by our table a few times. He never stopped to acknowledge the bad ribs. The table next to us complained as well, so I mention to our server that the manager should be coming by to acknowledge the ribs. Obviously they were either under cooked or they got a bad batch.
  Manager never came by. Ribs were paid for by restaurant, however they charged us for the sides!!!
  I'm sorry, I loved Blistered Pig before but don't think we will be back again.

  By far the worst experience I have ever had. Called ahead for a reservation, got there and waited over 30 minutes...no big deal. Finally sit down, waitress takes 15 minutes to acknowledge us...no big deal. My wife and I order sweet tea, it takes another 15 minutes to get it...no big deal. I ask for a refill, it never happens. Food arrives & I ask for another sweet tea. Waitress comes back 5 minutes later with a water and says they're brewing new tea. When I remind her (again) and she finally brings me tea, I'm done with my meal and she slammed it on the table like it was too much to ask. Big deal...That's where I draw the line. Literally everyone around us was complaining to management except for us, because it obviously wasn't going to do any good. Manager is welcome to try and admonish this situation and reach out to me but chances are I will never be back. I'm from apex originally and I will be sure to tell literally everyone I know how terrible it was. I got my bill, never got an apology and was even charged for the sweet tea. I have never been so pissed off to spend $48 in all my life. The joke was on me, apparently.
